Case Study: Yarbrough v. Hunt Southern Grp., LLC



This case study looks at the unfortunate case of improper maintenance of military housing that caused many military families to suffer from mold exposure. Though an unfortunate story, the court held their suit against the landlord up against the elements and law strictures involving tort, breach of contract and other causes of action, and found the lawsuit wanting.
