Case Study: United States v. Razic

This case study looks at an action to reverse a person's naturalization based on allegations of fraud during the naturalization process. The government alleged that the naturalized citizen had in fact, engaged in acts of oppression in his previous country, and sued to try to undo his naturalization. The discussion highlights the seriousness of an action for de-naturalization and the high standard of proof the government has when bringing these sorts of actions.
