Case Study: Staging Dimensions, Inc. v. KP Walsh Associates

This case study, from the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, analyzes various questions of express and implied warranties in a sales of goods case. It also covers the UCC 2-207's "Battle of the Forms" rules and focuses on when and whether additional terms in an acceptance become part of the contract. The case study thus brings together many of the aspects of sales of goods law covered in this course.
