Case Study: Airbnb v. New York City



This case study looks at a lawsuit challenging a New York City ordinance requiring home share services to turn over "voluminous data" regarding customers to the City. the law, seeking to regulate these services to protect the surrounding neighborhoods, was challenged on a variety of of ground, which we analyze in this presentation.
