Case Study: Peace River Seed v. Proseeds



This case study is a classic analysis of contract damages under the Uniform Commercial Code. Well breach of contract in this case was conceded, the argument became the extent to which a plaintiff can collect market price damages and the extent to which the victim of breach has a responsibility to mitigate damages.
