Case Study: Hui Wang v Omni

This case involves a discovery request by a plaintiff who slipped and fell in an Omni hotel. The hotel had video footage of the fall, but didn't want to turn it over until after the plaintiff did a deposition (presumably, to try to catch the plaintiff lying). The court had to wrestle with an interesting issue of WHEN to force the defense to turn over the video.
