Case Study: Horos v Locol



This presentation looks at two food establishments in Los Angeles with similar logos. Are they similar enough for the second establishment to be a trademark infringer?  The court focused on the words used, the look of the logo, the similarity of marketing and how similar a target market each had, along with other factors.
